Such a great idea factoring the fact that it doesn’t need a smartphone to be used because many elders don’t like using smartphones.
This is such a thoughtful and meaningful product that brings real peace of mind to families — love the simplicity and care baked into it! :) Can you customize how long after a no reply that the care circle gets notified?
CheckinBee is a very good caring product! In addition to sending text messages, have you considered using AI customer service so that the elderly can respond to check-in by answering calls? For the elderly, a phone call may be a stronger reminder than a text message.

Great idea, I think that a course helping people to use smartphones could be a good additional activity (because I noticed many elderly people use those "dumb phones with buttons", have eyesight problems and find it complicated to use smartphones.
