So I built Che because every mental wellness app I looked at was either $20/month, or defaulted to one country's crisis numbers regardless of where you actually live — I'm in Australia, and most just assumed US.
Che's free. All of it — chat, mood tracking, journaling, voice, the lot. It detects your country and shows the right local crisis resources — Lifeline Australia if you're here, 988 if you're in the US, and so on for other countries too. And it's built to actually be safe for younger users, with a real parental consent flow, not just an age checkbox.
It's not a therapist and I've been really careful not to pretend it is — it's more of a calm space to check in and talk things through, with real pathways to actual professional help built in.
