Chattr
Twitch, extended: a social feed that never goes offline
Chattr is back with a big update. It's a free social network built on Twitch, so your community stays connected when the stream ends. New since our first launch: real-time live detection, reactions with real Twitch emotes, auto-embedded clips, voice posts with AI transcription, sub-only posts and polls with badge sync, and automatic follow sync. Just sign in with Twitch: read-only permissions, and nothing is ever posted on your behalf.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Michael, a developer from Devon and a Twitch streamer. Chattr first launched here in the spring, and since then I've rebuilt a big chunk of it, so I wanted to bring it back properly.
The problem: when a stream ends, the community scatters across X, Bluesky, Threads, Discord and more. Chattr keeps it together in one feed that's built around Twitch, and unlike other networks it never hides your Twitch links.
What's new since the first launch:
🔴 Real-time live detection: a red ring and live card appear the moment someone goes live
😂 React with real Twitch emotes instead of likes
🎬 Twitch clips embed right in your feed
🎙️ Voice posts with AI transcription
⭐ Sub-only posts and polls, and your sub badges follow you over
🔄 Your Twitch follows sync automatically, so your mutuals are already there
Sign-in is just your Twitch account, it's free, and it only asks for read-only permissions. It never posts or changes anything on your behalf.
I'd love your feedback, especially from streamers: what would make you post here between streams?

Who hunted Chattr?
Chattr was hunted by Michael Brooks. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
