I built ChatID Helper Bot because getting the right Telegram chat ID is still surprisingly annoying when building bots, automations, or admin tools.
With this bot, you can quickly get:

IDs from replied or forwarded messages
Localized responses with automatic language detection
It is built on Cloudflare Workers, so anyone can self-host it without running a server. The full source code is open on GitHub.
