Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Anubhav, I built Chatform solo.
The problem: forms collect "depends", "idk" and "3-5 maybe". You then spend a call figuring out what the person actually meant, and half the time you never call back.
Chatform asks the way a good salesperson or researcher would. You write one sentence ("qualify people asking for a website quote"), it sets up the questions, and you share one link. People answer by chat, by voice call, or in a one-question-per-screen form. When an answer is vague, it asks a follow-up. When the budget is unclear, it offers ranges. It gets contact details early, so even people who leave halfway aren't lost.
For every response you get:
• the answers as clean columns (CSV export too)
• a one-line takeaway and a summary
• a hot / warm / cold score with the reason
• a follow-up message ready to send
It also works in Hindi and Hinglish, typed or spoken, because a lot of my first users talk to customers that way.
