honestly the handoff to human agents sounds pretty solid, but it would be really helpful if visitors could leave a voicemail or async message when no agents are online. right now it kind of feels like if we miss the chat window theyre gone, and having them drop a quick voice note or text that queues up for the morning would honestly save us a lot of leads.
