Hey PH fam 👋 Super stoked to share this launch of "Chat2024" with all of the tech & startup community worldwide. Chat2024 is built by Delphi's cloning tech and it aims to boost informed voter participation in the U.S. Chat2024 creates realistic simulations of the 2024 presidential candidates' minds. Sounds wild, yes? It gives every voter unprecedented access to the future president where they can chat with them 1-1 and discover what each truly thinks. You can use the “Ask” feature to ask a question or mention a topic (like Gun Control) to compare and contrast the opinions of different candidates. And oh btw, Delphi has strict guardrails against hallucinations. Misinformation will only be more of a problem with the advent of AI, so Chat2024 aims to be a trusted source for voter education. Candidates can claim their clones to better understand voter preferences and what their constituents actually care about. I recently got a chance to chat with @daraladje and was instantly impressed by Delphi's vision. Delphi also recently announced their $2.7M seed round with an all-star investor list including Founders Fund, Lux Capital, Balaji Srinivasan and more. I tried a few questions about recent events (earthquake in Morocco...) and got "I don't know anything about this" responses. For Politics, it is critical to get real time information.

This is a fantastic tool. I’ve asked a few questions of each candidate and was amazed at how quickly their responses/positions on the issue were compiled. The answers were concise; it saved me so much time. A valuable tool to use to help you make informed decisions when voting. This will also be a great resource for teachers in their current events classes.

Whoa, this is game-changing for elections and democracies. Imagine if everyone could ask each candidate's AI questions that concern them most.

I recently joined the Delphi team full time and had the opportunity to help bring this product to life alongside such an awesome, hard working, and talented team. I've been blown away with our approach to cloning people's knowledge, which has all sorts of exciting use cases and applications. Cloning political candidates is one of the most intriguing: it has the power to be entertaining and incredibly useful at the same time. I often wish during debates that I could ask my own questions. Now I can! AI has the ability to democratize access to knowledge and let candidates get to know their future leaders in a 1 on 1 context. I'm honored to play a role in ensuring we have an informed electorate going into the 2024 election.
