Hi everyone, I'm Hanif, and I built ChaseDocs on my own.
ChaseDocs is for firms that need documents from their clients, like immigration consultants, study abroad agents, corporate secretaries and recruiters. Most of the tools for this send email reminders and ask clients to log into a portal. In a lot of countries, clients barely check email and won't make an account just to upload a file. They reply on WhatsApp.
Here's how it works. You create a request with the list of documents you need. Your client gets it on WhatsApp with a link to an upload page, and there's no login. AI checks each file is the document you asked for. Everything goes straight into your own Google Drive, sorted by client.
The Google Drive part shaped a lot of the product. These firms handle passports and bank statements, and they don't want another company keeping copies of them. So ChaseDocs doesn't store your files. They go to your Drive.
