I'm Matt, the solo founder. I built ChargebackKit after looking at how the existing dispute tools work: they make you connect your payment processor, then take 20–25% of whatever you recover.
That leaves a lot of merchants out. Anyone on PayPal, Square, or a direct account ends up staring at a blank Word doc with a 7-day deadline and no idea what evidence actually wins.
