AI coding agents can make unwanted changes, creating more review and repair work. ChangeLatch uses a different workflow: send a project ZIP + prompt to web AI, get exact patches back, review and apply them locally in one click, then run automatic verification. No direct AI write access, no complex agent setup, lower cost, and more control.
I built ChangeLatch because my AI coding workflow had a frustrating tradeoff: agents could modify projects quickly, but unwanted changes often created extra review and repair work. Going back to web AI was safer, but manually applying dozens of code changes was too slow.
So I built a workflow where I send a project ZIP + task to web AI, get exact BEFORE/AFTER patches back, review and apply them locally in ChangeLatch, then let the tool run verification automatically.
The goal is simple: keep the speed of AI-assisted development without giving AI direct control over the real project.
