The product follows a visible reasoning chain: signal → business relevance → financial consequence → recommendation → accountable next action. It also separates confidence from permission to act, because strong evidence does not automatically justify execution, and uncertainty does not always justify waiting.
This MVP was built for OpenAI Build Week with Codex and GPT-5.6. It includes source-linked demonstration data, English and Spanish interfaces, and a deterministic fallback so the complete evaluation flow remains available without an API key.
