Caspi isn’t another AI note-taker. There are already hundreds of those. We built it to make you better in the meeting, not just summarize it afterward. Caspi prepares you with context from past conversations and connected tools, helps live with recaps, sharp questions, instant answers, and hidden risks, then turns decisions into tickets, docs, and messages. No bot joins the call, it stays private on your screen, and it remembers everything for next time.

Hey Product Hunt, Jeremy here, co-founder of Caspi 👋 We built Caspi because meeting tools were solving the easiest part of the problem: remembering what was said. The harder part is walking into a meeting prepared, knowing what to say when you’re put on the spot, catching important context as the conversation unfolds, and making sure the work actually moves forward afterward. Caspi prepares you using context from past meetings, your calendar, documents, emails, and connected work tools. During the call, it stays privately on your screen and helps with live answers, questions, commitments, recaps, internet search and relevant context. Afterward, it turns decisions into follow-ups, tickets, documents, and messages. Unlike traditional AI note-takers, no bot joins your call. Caspi remembers your previous meetings and connected work, so every conversation starts with context rather than from zero. You can try Caspi free for 7 days. If you don’t get enough time to properly test it, just let me know and I’ll add another 15 days to your trial. We’ve tested Caspi most extensively on macOS. The Windows version is also available, but we’re still validating it across more devices and setups, so feedback from Windows users would be especially valuable. We’re still early, and I’d genuinely love to hear what you think. What would Caspi need to do for you to keep it open during every important meeting?

Who hunted Caspi?

Caspi was hunted by Jeremy Garcini. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
