I built Carriv after watching qualified people get filtered out before a human ever read their resume. Most applications today are screened by ATS software that ranks candidates on keywords and structure — and a generic resume, however good, loses that ranking game.
Carriv fixes the ranking game without playing dirty:
1. One master profile. Import your resume or build it conversationally — your real experience, stored once.
2. Paste any job posting. Carriv analyzes the role, extracts the keywords that matter, and rewrites your actual experience to match. It selects and reformulates — it never invents. If you didn't do it, it's not on the resume.
3. Resume + cover letter + ATS score. A clean single-column ATS-safe PDF, a tailored cover letter, and a score showing the exact keywords you cover and the ones you're missing — plus an assistant to raise it truthfully.
There's also a Chrome extension to tailor straight from the job page, and a built-in application tracker (statuses, notes, re-download any version anytime).
A few deliberate choices:
— No hallucinated experience. This is the hard constraint the whole pipeline is built around. Every generation ships with a "tailoring receipt": every change it made, in plain sight, so you can check it.
— The PDFs are strictly ATS-safe. Single column, no tables, no graphics — typeset like LaTeX and parsed cleanly by the systems large companies run. Always one page. Pretty templates that ATS software can't read are a trap.
