Your marketing and sales teams still argue over where that WhatsApp deal came from. CareGlyph ends it: a few clicks and you know which ad closed it, who worked it, and exactly when.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
Ads that send people to WhatsApp are a black hole. The click leaves your ad account, lands in an inbox, and that's the last anyone sees of it. So marketing claims every closed deal and sales claims every one they lost, and neither side is lying, because neither side has the data.
CareGlyph closes that loop. Every Click-to-WhatsApp conversation carries a click ID from Meta, and we capture it, along with the ad, the campaign and the landing page. Then we stitch it to the web visits that came before, so a lead who googled you on Tuesday, clicked an Instagram ad on Friday and messaged you on Sunday shows up as one journey instead of three strangers.
You get first touch, last touch, linear and time decay attribution on top of that ledger, plus we keep the raw signals so you can reclassify later without losing history.
The part I'm most happy with: when a deal closes, we push it back out. Meta Conversions API and Google offline conversions both get the real revenue, so the ad platforms start optimizing for deals instead of form fills.
Would love feedback from anyone running paid ads into WhatsApp. What's the attribution question you've never been able to answer?
