I built CareerWins for people like me. The ones who do solid work but struggle to talk about it. The ones who watch someone else get the promotion and think "but I did more than them" but never actually say it out loud.
I used to show up to performance reviews with nothing prepared. My manager would ask what I accomplished and I'd fumble through half-remembered wins while the person who kept a running list got the raise. It wasn't that I didn't do the work. I just never learned to document it or advocate for myself.
So I built something stupidly simple. You log a win in 15 seconds. What you did, the impact, done. Over time you build a real record of your contributions. When you need to write a self-eval, ask for a raise, or update your resume, AI generates it from your actual accomplishments. Not a template. Your real work, in your voice.
