We started CareerSpark after seeing the same challenge over and over again: many talented people apply for jobs without knowing whether they're truly ready, while recruiters spend countless hours reviewing applications that aren't a good fit.
Most existing tools focus on one part of the journey—writing a CV, matching jobs, or preparing for interviews. We wanted to build something that connects these pieces into one continuous experience.
