Hey Fellas, I'm Ishaan, I built CaptionsEasy.
I make short videos, and captions were the part I dreaded. The good tools wanted a subscription, a watermark, or an upload to some server I knew nothing about. The free ones looked like 2012 subtitles. And none of them understood how Indian creators actually talk, which is half Hindi and half English, usually in the same sentence.
So I built the thing I wanted:
You drop in a video and the speech is turned into captions inside your browser tab. There's no account wall before you try it.
Your video never gets uploaded. It stays on your device.
Every word is editable. You can fix a spelling, move a timing, pick which word gets the emphasis.
There are 20+ looks, from clean subtitles to loud viral styles, and you can change fonts, colours, motion and position.
You export an MP4 with the captions burned in, or an SRT file.
