Thanks to Captions and Team for this. I burned out on my YouTube Journey and stopped for about 18 months. It was Captions that gave me a second life! Now I am back to growth and content creating with a better auto system. Now I can create shorts with subs and edit within ten minutes. I can create long form YouTube videos without a powerful editing MacBook Pro. Instead I do it all on my phone. I am very grateful for captions fast form factor tools. Why captions and not others? It’s the community and practical tools which works so well on my iPhone. No failure, no error (min) and great workflow!

Captions.ai is the swiss army knife for making videos. It's got all these cool AI features that make your content pop. Super easy to use! This tool is a game changer!

Captions is great, though there are many video editing apps for enhancing subtiltes.

Really makes me nudging my daughter to learn another language feel more and more out of date! 🤣 congrats team, this looks awesome!

Hey @dwightchurchil Great idea and product!! Just to let you know that your product will be listed tomorrow on our page ListMyStartup.app

Great job on launching Captions! Have you thought about implementing a feature for auto-generating captions based on audio? It could be a helpful addition for those with hearing impairments.

:D this looks so fun to play around with. Could see it being a game changer for social media managers as well - way lower cost from a vendor and resourcing perspective. Would be cool to be able to "ingest" a company's existing branding and layer over any particular video as well. Congrats on the launch!

Captions is one of my absolute GO TO apps. Mobile, desktop and now web - there's no excuse for creators to not have top quality videos to share. Keep winning team!

We use Captions at Product Hunt (as @claraclara_eloy mentioned)! The first time she showed it to me I literally slacked her "captions is sweeeeet." I had been using descript alone for captioning our podcast and Captions was so much better. Congrats on the launch!

Wow! Looks really amazing and super professional! Going for a test ride just now. Keep it going! Yet can't find the pricing section, it would be a shame to find out it to expensive for at the moment you want to export the edited video after all effort and time.

Captions is my go to. I use multiple apps to edit and create content, but I still have yet to find an app that can do captions as good as Captions. Sounds kind of funny doesn’t it? The templates are eye catching and will certainly increase your videos retention rates. I love how it can generate the captions for you even if there’s background music playing, the other apps I used would always make mistakes. It’s not just a captions app though, you can edit quite thoroughly and use the AI features they provide to make your videos more engaging and appealing. I’m a UGC Creator and this has made my job so much easier. For instance, the AI music feature, I don’t have to worry about licensed music and possibly getting a claim. Overall, if you’re an editor whether it’s your job or you do it for fun, Captions will cut the time you spend editing with other apps in half. Unless your video requires extensive editing of course! I’m looking forward to what may come next for Captions. They’ve already went above and beyond to make this app look good and feel easy to use. Every cent is worth it!

This is the GOAT of captions apps. Lots of copycats, but this one reigns supreme. It's bizarre that they cost less on iOS than on Desktop, considering Apple takes 30%. I don't understand the logic here. But I'm a happy premium subscriber in any case and in for the long haul. The desktop app still needs to play catch up to the iOS app. I think they started as a mobile app but are quickly realizing that power users are still on desktop, and the desktop version must have *at least* as much functionality as the iOS app, but probably more. Once they make that happen, this thing is a real killer!

<3 Captions on iOS, but there are definitely instances where I'd prefer to use the MBP. Can't wait to give it a spin, and congrats on the launch, @dwightchurchill and team!
