Scrape real data from websites in real-time into Univers (our spreadsheet engine with 27.5k stars on GitHub!). Ask questions, visualize with interactive tables & charts, and then slice, dice, and export — all in one place.
Love the approach of leveraging a specialized spreadsheet agent orchestration system to tackle the complexities of data scraping and analysis. The focus on eliminating AI hallucinations by providing traceable, real-world data is a massive win for any datavore. This feels like a powerful evolution beyond simple prompt-to-answer models.
How are you handling more complex, multi-step queries that require chaining different agents, like scraping data and performing a sentiment analysis on a specific subset of that data? @wbfsa
Hey Leon! Capalyze sounds like a groundbreaking tool for anyone who spends time wrangling with spreadsheets. Making data analysis accessible with natural language queries is such a game changer. Congrats on the launch, and I can't wait to see how it evolves. 🚀 Cheers to more insights without the headaches!
Hey @wbfsa , congrats! This looks super cool. Love how Capalyze turns plain-language questions into actual insights, charts, reports, and data transparency all in one. Using expert agents to break down questions is such a smart approach.
Really interesting approach — combining scraping, spreadsheets, and AI analysis in one flow makes a lot of sense. I like the fact that each row links back to the original webpage for traceability.
I’m curious: how does Capalyze handle sites that are more dynamic (JS-heavy, login-protected, or frequently changing structure)? Also, is there any plan to support custom connectors or API integrations so we can mix Capalyze data with internal company data sources?
I think this is great. I had to design an assignment for undergraduate students I am teaching. The assignment required scraping tweets and then running qualitative analysis on it, and one way of doing that in class was through Capalyze (the other was using python on colab) and they loved it!
Love the concept of combining scraping, querying, and visualization in one flow. Great design and congrats on the launch!
google sign in bug.
Oh, my inner analyst is pleased! Great decision, guys! Have a good flight!
Just spent a bit messing around with Capalyze — pretty cool stuff. Feels like a smart combo of scraping + spreadsheet + visuals all in one place.
What I liked:
I asked a question in plain English, and it built charts + tables without me writing complex formulas.
Scraping live data from websites worked smoothly.
The UI is nice and clean — I didn’t feel lost figuring out where to visualize/export.
What could be tighter:
Would love some quick‑start examples or templates to get going faster.
Sometimes I wondered how trustworthy the scraped data was (source links etc). If those were more visible, that’d increase confidence.
Overall: a neat tool for people who like data stuff but hate slogging through formulas. Definitely impressed.
The agent orchestration approach sounds solid for complex data tasks. We analyze tons of social media metrics for influencer campaigns and always hit walls with traditional tools.
How does the browser extension handle rate limiting on platforms like Instagram or TikTok? Those sites are pretty aggressive about detecting automated activity, even when mimicking human behavior.
The Musk/Altman post analysis is clever - those comment threads are goldmines for understanding tech sentiment trends.
