Beauty and aesthetic clinics juggle a paper diary, a spreadsheet, and a booking platform that charges a fee on every appointment. CantikCRM installs as a plugin in the WordPress site they already have. Online booking on their own domain, client records with before/after photos, consent forms signed on a tablet, prepaid packages that discount themselves, POS, stock control with expiry alerts, and Spain-compliant invoicing. No booking fees. No per-client pricing. The data lives on their hosting.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Israel, a developer from Zaragoza, Spain. I built CantikCRM after watching beauty clinics run their whole business on a paper diary, a spreadsheet, and a booking platform that charged them a fee on every single appointment — while storing their client data somewhere they had no control over. The clinics I talked to all had a WordPress site already. So instead of building another SaaS that pulls them onto my platform, I built the CRM into the site they already own. What that means in practice: bookings happen on their own domain with no per-booking fee. Client records, before/after photos and body assessments live in their own hosting. Consent forms get signed on a tablet and stored with legal validity — no more paper in a drawer. Prepaid session packages discount themselves. There's a POS with mixed payments, stock control that warns you before something expires, and invoicing that follows Spanish law. It's built for the Spanish market first — the legal side (RGPD, invoicing) is baked in rather than bolted on. That's the trade-off: narrower audience, much better fit. I'm opening 10 launch spots at a fixed lifetime price to work closely with the first clinics and shape the roadmap with them. I'd love your feedback, especially on the "install it into the site you already own" approach — is that a model you'd want for other verticals? Happy to answer anything in the comments.

Who hunted CantikCRM?

CantikCRM was hunted by Israel Escuer. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
