I'd use Calendly to send booking links, ChatGPT to prep for meetings, and Google Calendar to move things around when plans changed. It worked, but it felt messy. Too many tools, too much context switching, and none of it connected.
So I built calprep - an AI calendar assistant that brings scheduling, booking pages, and meeting prep into one place.
Here's what it does:

- Prep for meetings automatically Get AI-generated talking points using your uploaded docs, attendee context, and notes from previous meetings.
- Use it where you already work Run it from Slack with /calprep, connect multiple Google and Outlook calendars, and get one unified availability layer.
It works with Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.

I built this for myself first, and now I use it daily. It has replaced the whole Calendly + ChatGPT + calendar shuffle for me.
