I built this platform as a technical passion project after noticing how fragmented mental health tools can be. Many apps offer breathing exercises, but they lack real-time conversational support or an easy way to map out emotional trends when a panic attack actually hits.To solve this, I used React, Node.js, Express, and Firebase to build a completely free, live, and fully responsive web application.Here is what you can do on the platform right now:Interactive Grounding: Step-by-step panic attack walkthroughs featuring guided breathing tools, sounds, and mini-games.AI Grounding Companion: A custom-prompted conversational partner powered by the Anthropic Claude API to provide calming support.Pattern Journaling: A smart logging system that saves to a secure Firebase database, allowing users to track triggers and trends.Peer Connection: A live, real-time chat room for community support.Because I wanted this to be as accessible as possible, it is entirely free, anonymous, requires no heavy downloads, and is fully deployed on Vercel and Railway.As a developer, I am incredibly proud of how clean and stable the architecture turned out.
