Built during a 36h hackathon as a Whatsapp bot that got my UK number banned (unfortunate), I present to you Callie, the agentic nutrition tracker that lives inside Claude.
It will remember your goals and meals, search on the authoritative databases for nutrition, track macros, fiber and micros, create and remember recipes, make you suggestions for the next day based on your deficiencies and much more!
I've been using it for the past week after the refurbish while iterating on it and I've massively improved my nutrition just because of how simple it is to use. Now I know which foods contain most fiber, that I've been smashing my potassium regularly and that I will probably need to buy vitamin D supplements since my average intake is around 30%.
Plus, I'm bulking and having such an easy way to track my nutrition has motivated me to go harder at the gym, and I definitely see myself much more muscular (and the weights I lift say the same, I went from 75kgx12 to 85kgx8 on lat pulldown in a matter of 2 weeks while weighting 75kg).
