I'm excited to finally share Callbook.
The idea came from noticing how many local service businesses lose customers simply because they can't answer every phone call. Whether they're on a job site, after hours, or already helping another customer, every missed call can mean lost revenue.
Recent advances in AI finally make it possible to have conversations that feel natural enough to handle these calls. Instead of building a generic AI voice assistant, I wanted to build something specifically for plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, and other service businesses that rely on inbound phone calls.
Callbook answers calls 24/7, qualifies leads, books appointments, answers common questions, and helps businesses capture opportunities they would have otherwise missed.
This is only the beginning. My goal is to build much more than an AI receptionist—a complete AI employee that helps service businesses manage customer communication from the first phone call to the completed job.
