Especially in enterprise sales, this face to face early sales cycle interaction is the competitive differentiation that will accelerate the sales process from the start! That said, we have already seen a number of use cases outside of sales - for founders, support teams offering live support in their applications, and service industries as well. This is awesome; it should increase the conversion with instant interaction with the leads. However, I have a question. What happens when I'm unavailable to take an instant meeting? Can other team members take it?
Much needed disruption for the enterprise sales sector. AI chatbots are great but human touch on a website goes a much longer way, especially when you are trying to sell!
