Calendaria is an AI calendar assistant that helps people manage their schedule from chat. Users can ask in natural language to schedule meetings, reschedule events, find free time, get agenda summaries, and protect focus blocks. Calendaria starts with Google Calendar, the web, and Telegram, with Outlook, WhatsApp, and additional calendar providers planned. Every calendar change requires explicit confirmation before anything is created, moved, or cancelled.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
Calendaria came from a real problem I was having: I was doing a lot of interviews, and organising all of them around my changing availability became painful.
Every day, my schedule looked different, so I kept going back and forth between messages and my calendar, checking open slots, avoiding overlaps, and rescheduling when things moved.
We wanted to make that feel simpler: instead of managing a calendar through clicks and tabs, you should be able to just say what you need in natural language and have an assistant help you do it safely.
That “safely” part became important while building it. Calendaria doesn’t just mutate your calendar blindly. For anything that changes your schedule, it asks for confirmation first.
We’re launching first with Telegram and Google Calendar, and we’d love feedback from anyone who lives inside their calendar or has to coordinate lots of meetings.

Who hunted Calendaria?
Calendaria was hunted by Pablo. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
