Honestly, I was fed up with scrolling through dozens of menus to log a single food, and then paying for data that's publicly available anyway. So I asked myself: why can't I just chat about my day and have it do the tracking for me?
I built a local version for myself, shared it with friends, and their response pushed me to make it public. I know the "another wrapper" comments are coming, but it's a lot more than that!
Just tell it about your day, by typing: "double egg omelette for breakfast and 200g of grilled chicken breast with roasted broccoli for lunch and a post workout shake with 300ml of almond milk and banana and ran 5km". It logs your food, exercise, water, weight and habits, with calories, macros and micros for every item.
Then make it yours: • Remembers your likes, dislikes, allergies and goals (you can see and edit every note) • Meal prep and exercise plans, with video suggestions • Ask about your own history: "How much protein did I average this week?" • A detailed interactive report you can share with your trainer or dietitian • Custom metrics to track what matters to you
No ads, analytics only if you opt in, and you can delete your account and all your data from inside the app.

Just tried the app, it's very good and also accurate.
It's an easy way to keep track. I've always had a hard time tracking calories since there were too many variables, choices and so on in the other apps. But this reduces it to just a text to the bot. That transition made it an even better experience.
