I'm Adil, an HR manager. I kept doing the same small calculations over and over "is this raise actually good?", "what does this overtime add up to?", "what's our real turnover cost?" and every tool online either hid the formula or buried it under ads and sign-up walls.
So I built Calcento: five free calculators that give you the answer AND show the math behind it, in plain English. No account, nothing to install, works on your phone.
