I built this tool to solve a massive, quiet problem in the short-term rental space: platforms are increasingly denying legitimate host damage claims due to "unverifiable evidence."
The Technical Problem: When turnover cleaners take checkout photos on their phones and send them via SMS or WhatsApp, the underlying EXIF metadata (timestamps and strict GPS coordinates) is completely stripped out by the platform's compression. When hosts submit those files, the resolution center sees zero tracking data, assumes the photo is manipulated, and denies the claim.
The Solution: Cairn acts as a completely local evidence vault.
