Cadence: Symptom Journal
Spot your trends. Set intentions. Find your rhythm.
Cadence is a 2-minute daily check-in for mood, energy, sleep and symptoms. It shows your trends on your iPhone and ends each day with an intention for tomorrow. No account, no ads, no servers. iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.
Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm the maker of Cadence.
It started with a simple question I couldn't answer: what actually makes my good days good? Memory is a bad record of that.
Cadence asks a few quick questions each day, spots the trends (like headaches after short nights), and closes the day with an intention for tomorrow. Each week there's a short review and intentions for the week ahead. Everything is calculated on your phone. There's no account, no tracking, and the code is open source.
Free to use; Pro adds deeper patterns and reports. I'd love to hear what you'd want it to track next.
