Launch monitors tell you about the shot you just hit, not the last month of them. Every session is a wall of numbers, and by the next one it's gone. Caddio reads your sessions and looks across them. A Progress Snapshot shows where your game stands now. Bag view tracks every club. Session history lets you walk back through any practice. That's how it finds the gap between your 8 and 9 iron, or catches a club drifting for three weeks. Sixty shots stop being numbers and start being a story.

Hey Product Hunt, I'm Tony. I live in Chicago, which means a good chunk of my golf happens indoors on a simulator from October through April. That's where I do most of my actual practice. Lessons are expensive and I don't always have access to one, so I wanted to get better at reading the data myself, what all those numbers actually meant. I started taking screenshots after sessions and uploading them to ChatGPT to explain what was going on. It explained things well, but the experience got messy fast. Every session was its own brain dump, I was asking the same questions over and over, and I was still the one left trying to connect the dots across all of it. That's why I built Caddio. It pulls the numbers out of your session, finds patterns across your bag, and keeps looking across sessions so you can see what's actually trending instead of trying to remember.

Comment highlights

The progress snapshot actually nailed something my coach has been harping on for weeks, and I'd never seen it laid out that clearly. Really cool to see the 8 vs 9 iron gap spelled out instead of buried in a spreadsheet.

The bag view tracking each club across sessions is such a smart call. Most launch monitors forget your 9 iron exists the second you leave the range.

Who hunted Caddio?

Caddio was hunted by Tony Pattin. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
