A loyalty network for merchants. Discounts offered in the form of "Caash Rewards" that are redeemable with other merchants in the network for the discount equivalent. Merchants save 50% on Caash reward tokens, get discovered on the app for free & get rated by genuine customers only after they have paid at the outlet. Customers get to see genuine ratings, merchants near them & the discount they offer. They have the opportunity to decide to earn / redeem tokens as part of the payment process.
Discounts offered by Merchants doesn't really bring back the customer. My idea is to create a network all merchants (in all categories) and provide the discount in the form of "Caash Coins". This will ensure the customer spends it with another merchant within the network.
This will enable a 2nd sale within the network for every sale made by a merchant. Kind of "One for all & All for one"
To make it benificial for the merchant, I will be offering the Caash Coins at 50% discount.
Hence a merchant, who sells a INR 1,000 item at 20% discount, will issue 200 caash coins that they would have bought from me for only INR 100.
When the customer encash the Caash coins at another merchant outlet, they issue the 200 coins for the discount amount. The merchant in this case, anyways got the post discount amount that they anyways had planned to sell it for & on top of it received back the 200 coins from the customer (which was for the discount value)
As a service provider, i deduct 50% of the coins as platform fee at this stage. This will ensure we burn the coins to allow new coin purchases by the merchant.
