I built this with Claude Code while working on my own disclosures, which I found a daunting and seemingly never-ending task. I found it difficult to know how far through the process I was, and found the lawyers' PDFs difficult to manage and edit. I found myself adding highlights to things that were missing and that made it feel even harder.
I wanted to make a product that broke the forms down into easy, bite-size things to fill in. I wanted something that helped me navigate the missing data quickly and easily, and I wanted to make it something that was lawyer-friendly by outputting a formatted and organized PDF pointed towards the various California forms required to complete disclosures.
Once I had it working, I was able to get from 30% complete to 85% complete in a few hours.
