I like playing pubquizes. A quiz that is flexible, up to date, every language or personalize it.
You open a browser, create a room, friends join with a code, and you play. No app, no signups for the players. Questions get generated fresh each round, so you're not replaying the same pack you did last month.
There's also a Boozz mode for when the night gets a little looser, basically drinking-game rules on top of the quiz.
Fair warning, it's early and mostly a one-person project, so if something breaks or feels clunky I really want to hear it.
