This is just a fun side project I have been dreaming about for years. The housing market sucks and it feels like delusional sellers and realtors are only making it worse for buyers. I just wanted a way to give buyers some sort of collective force and way to signal to other buyers how the market feels about homes.
In a dream world Sellers and Realtors will take the feedback from this project, both positive and negative, and apply it to their listings. For now though, this is intended to be a fun, anonymous reaction bar home buyers and browsers can add to their Zillow excursions.
