I came to this from door-to-door sales across Panipat and Delhi NCR. The pattern that bothered me: solid Indian manufacturers with no route to a buyer beyond their own district, and buyers overseas paying middlemen to find those exact factories.
Existing B2B directories charge sellers lakhs a year and hand back unqualified leads. Small manufacturers try it once and give up on the whole category.
Karm Baba flips the pricing: buyers free during soft launch, sellers ₹99 for a full year. Every seller is KYC/GST verified before going live. Buyers post one RFQ, verified suppliers quote, both sides talk directly.
We're in soft launch, onboarding our first suppliers by hand, no inflated numbers to show you yet. That's deliberate.
Two things I'd genuinely like feedback on: is the RFQ flow clear from a buyer's side, and what would make a verification badge actually mean something to you?
