ButterDocs, developed by the talented team at Arc Studio, is an incredible app designed for writing. As a regular user of Arc Studio, which is actually designed screenwriting, I have recently started writing a novel on it, even though it isn't specifically designed for that purpose. However, with the release of ButterDocs, I now have the perfect writing app for novels (and more). One aspect I particularly appreciate is the seamless connection between the plotting board and the document. This feature is incredibly helpful for someone like me who relies heavily on plotting. Moreover, the app's design is exceptional, making the writing process an absolute joy. The focus and cleanliness of the interface truly enhance the writing experience. Although it is still in its early stages and has a few minor bugs, ButterDocs has made a remarkable start. I am confident that with further updates and improvements, it will become even more outstanding. Congrats

It looks like a releaver for the stressful part of writing process! Actually I had problems on revision management of my manuscript and file-based versioning is really really bad. Glad your team launched this app!

I usually write content in Notion, but I was intrigued and signed up. The UX of the desktop app is fantastic. I found it extremely user-friendly that the document itself and its internal structure are separated. The benefits seem to increase as you collaborate and add more content. However, I have one request. The line break experience varies depending on the writing language. I write content in Japanese, and having a new line every time I press the Enter button was a significant issue for me.
