Hey everyone! 👋
We run Palum Dhara — a small Kangra tea brand from Palampur, Himachal Pradesh, India. Every week we pack and ship tea across India, and every week we did the same annoying math: price × quantity, add packaging weight, check the courier's shipping slabs.
One day we just built a tiny HTML tool for it. Then we realized: if WE needed this, thousands of small sellers do too.
So we're open-sourcing it. It's literally one index.html file — no install, no signup, no data collection. Download the zip, open it in your browser, edit the shipping slabs to match your courier, done.
Would genuinely love feedback — especially on whether the hardcoded shipping slabs are too crude, or the right call for simplicity.
