We kept asking ourselves a simple question:
Why is it so hard for developers to showcase what they've actually built?
Most platforms focus on resumes, job titles, or self-written skill lists. But developers spend their time building products, shipping ideas, and solving real problems—and we wanted a platform where the work speaks for itself.
That's why we built BuiltBy.
