Oh wow... super simple. Feedback is hard to solicit...and when it's given, oftentimes there isn't enough context. Sounds like you make it easy for a customer to give feedback, but the best part is the product team has context so they can go in and fix it! Great job team.

Love this concept! We’re constantly trying to get people to give us feedback on our product and as a consumer myself, I will only report a bug if it’s super simple. Good job.
