The problem with most gym trackers is that they’re passive. They wait for you to tell them what you did, but they never tell you what you should do. You're left manually calculating your own volume, guessing your weak points in the mirror, and trying to remember how to swap an exercise when the squat rack is taken.
I wanted an app that actually thinks with me mid-session, rather than just acting as a digital spreadsheet.
So we built Buffro. We’ve moved past simple logging to build a suite of AI tools that handle the "brain work" of bodybuilding:
The Body Scan: It analyzes your physique muscle-by-muscle to identify lagging groups. It turns a subjective "I look small" into an objective "Your posterior chain needs 15% more volume."
The AI Coach: A chat-based assistant that lives in your workout. If the gym is packed or you’re short on time, just tell it. "The cables are busy, what’s an alternative for tricep pushdowns?" or "I have 10 minutes left, give me a finisher."
