I doubt many on here will be the target demographic, but I'd love some feedback, whether that be user outreach ideas, new benefits programs to add, bugs, or anything else!
The fax automation is such a thoughtful touch. Most people don't even know they need a fax machine anymore, so handling that step seamlessly saves a ton of friction.
