Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m building Bucket for the people who run recreation, activities, and entertainment businesses.
It started with a simple belief, a conversation shouldn’t start over every time the channel changes, and the legacy systems that businesses operates in must change to adapt to the changes that's inevitable.
A guest asks a question on Instagram, books on your website, then emails about a change. To them, it’s one conversation with your business. On your side, it can mean checking different inboxes, finding the booking, and piecing everything together.
That’s work the guest never sees, but someone has to do it.
Bucket brings communication, operations, and marketing together. Emma, our AI agent, helps get that work done:
- Answers guest questions using your schedule, prices, policies, and business information.
- Manages reservations and keeps track of booking details.
- Remembers guest preferences and past conversations for more personalized interactions.
- Handles reminders and follow-ups to keep guests engaged from their first question to their next visit.

Those details belong together. What a guest tells you before booking should help you look after them when they arrive, and when they come back.

As people turn to personal AI assistants to find and book experiences, I want those assistants to be able to work directly with the business, with the right information and permission to help the guest.
For me, the point is to make it easier for businesses to know their guests and look after them, even as the way we communicate changes and represent themselves better.
