The notetaker has totally changed the way we work internally by bridging the gap between synchronous and asynchronous conversation, and we're seeing similar results with early companies who helped test it out.
On a daily basis we're finding ourselves:
- Participating in calls we couldn't make it to (or needed to drop off early in)
- Tagging each other in follow-ups and looping in externals without scheduling catch-up calls
- Saying "let's table this" to kick off async convos when we're off topic or lacking context to close the loop live
We've tried to make it as easy as possible to get going at your company, and I think we've achieved that! Simply connect your Google Calendar, and Bubbles will detect Zoom, Meet, and Teams links and join.
Everyone on the call gets added to the recording link and no one needs an account to view or comment. Though, we are finding many like the experience so much that they *want* to sign up 😉

Congrats on the launch! Bubbles have really helped me stay present during the client meetings knowing I don't need to manually take notes, and not having to get the client to repeat what they just said because I write too slow.
Bubbles is simply the best. The AI enhancements are welcome features and can't wait for more in this department. However, I will keep using it because it's fundamentally easier, streamlined, and cheaper than all the alternatives. Great work Bubbles team!
Congratulations! How do yo handle privacy of user data, is it completely local? or data goes via your servers?
I'm a big fan of Bubbles and use it often. This is an awesome tool and I love how it pulls the meeting into Bubbles to keep the conversation going asynchronously!
The AI note taking feature is incredibly useful and something I deeply appreciate. It frees me from the burden of manual note taking during meetings, allowing me to stay fully present and engaged in the discussion. It's great seeing the notes and action items ready for me on the Bubbles dashboard when I finish meetings. I've never used this type of tool anywhere else, and I didn't know I needed it until now. Great job!

This is amazing. Transcribing a meeting for others is sometimes a necessary evil but it prevents me from fully engaging in the conversation. I can’t wait to try this out and see how it impacts the way we work!
I can now fully focus my attention on the conversation that's going on in each meeting. I no longer end up trying to multitask in my calls: keeping track of tasks that come up, taking notes, and on top of that listening and responding. It can all be overwhelming, and often adds to the dreadful feeling of upcoming calls. But that's really changed for our team with Notetaker, since it does all those things for you.
Super proud of our launch of this tool which has already helped us a ton. We at Bubbles want to eliminate the unnecessary live calls from your calendar and replace them with back-and-forth async recordings. But we have also understood that some conversations need to happen live, and have taken the opportunity to make those calls more comfortable by securely recording them and turning those too into async conversations. This is the result, and I hope everyone will enjoy the boost Notetaker gives to each team's communications like we have.
Love this! Tried it out this morning and couldn’t believe how easy setup was. The quality of the transcription and action items was the most accurate I’ve seen from a meeting recorder. Great job Bubbles.
Really happy to see AI Notetaker launching. Notetaker is incredibly useful and astonishly accurate. It has simplified my workflow and I can't imagine my meetings without it anymore. A must have tool!
