I'm Rihan, I run a small web design agency in Co. Wexford, Ireland, and I built BriefHQ out of a frustration I couldn't stop thinking about.
For years, every project kicked off the same way: send a questionnaire, wait a week, get half of it back, chase the client, eventually get a voice note saying "something modern, y'know?", start the project anyway, and deal with the fallout two weeks later when the goalposts moved.
I tried Google Forms, Typeform, Notion templates. The problem was never the tool, it was that clients genuinely don't know how to answer open-ended questions about their own website. They need to be asked the right questions, in the right order, on their phone, in plain language they actually understand.
So I built BriefHQ.
