Finally a tool that actually gets the chaos of running an education consultancy. The document request tracking alone is worth it, no more chasing students over WhatsApp for their transcripts.
One thing I'd love to see is automated reminders for students with pending document submissions or upcoming visa deadlines, sent via WhatsApp or email directly from the platform. Right now my team has to track those manually and things slip through the cracks.
