I'm Cliff, a graphic designer who kept running into the same problem on every project: brand assets living everywhere except somewhere useful. Old PDFs, scattered Figma files, Slack messages nobody could search — every new hire or client update meant hunting down files before actual work could start.
So I built BrandStack myself — solo, no CS background, learning full-stack development along the way (mistakes included — I even shipped a multi-tenancy bug early on that I caught by testing with two accounts myself).
It's a system, not a static document: colors, typography, logos, voice, and guidelines all in one place, with instant export to CSS/Tailwind/JSON for whatever your team actually builds with.

Curious how you handle collaboration when multiple designers need to tweak the same brand system at once, and is there any sort of version history to roll back mistakes?
as a designer this looks like exactly what i needed last week, one thing though would be huge if you could add a way to generate a shareable client portal link with view only access so stakeholders can browse approved assets without needing an account
