Hello Product Hunt! We are so glad to be here today, and to present to you BrandBay: a place for all of your brand assets to live so that you can stay organized, work better with your team and clients, and share your work online :) BrandBay was built on the simple idea that so many areas of online work today require people to keep track of a lot of files and information - especially for agencies, or designers, and people working with a lot of clients or brands! I am using BrandBay as a webdeveloper / designer. It offers me one place to store colors, logo's and fonts. Normally I did this on my local desktop, but now I can work on other places and use BrandBay when I do not have access to my desktop. It is that simple. Maybe BB can offer more, but this usecase is enough for me ;-)
Hey Product Hunt'ers, Been using BrandBay for some time now and I can assure you all that it is what they claim to be and more. Trust me, I tried a bunch of DMS and so far, BrandBay is the one. Budget-friendly, easy to use, and straightforward. What sets it apart, though, is its robust CNAME and white-label options, which allow businesses to maintain brand consistency and authenticity seamlessly across all user interactions. This feature is a game changer for those looking to provide a polished and professional front. My only regret? Not opting for their Tier 4 plan when it was available on AppSumo. That package offered 4TB of storage, 120 seats and unlimited brand compared to the 1TB storage, 100 brands and the 50 seats that I am in and I now realise would have been incredibly beneficial. Also, it's a bit disappointing that they don't allow stackable promo codes, which would have been a great way to save more while scaling up. Nonetheless, BrandBay remains my top recommendation for anyone in the market for a reliable and efficient DMS solution.

The great thing about it is it keeps everything in one place and helpful for sharing with not only clients but any other 3rd parties that need access. BrandBay has been an absolute GODSEND for managing marketing assets made available to a sprawling independent sales agent team. Every supplier that makes marketing assets available to us also includes limitations on how those assets can be used. With BrandBay, I FINALLY have a tool that allows me to share these marketing assets with the sales team for their own marketing use, confident that they have all of the information they need to use the assets in the matter they were intended to be used and within the rules of use established by the various trademark and copyright owners.
Brandbay has been an excellent solution for us. We're a hotel ownership group so having the ability to keep brand assets of each of our hotels separate has been excellent. Another fantastic feature is the ability to share the link of these assets to whomever needs access so sending large files becomes a breeze. Service has been really responsive and open to feedback. Ultimately, it's a great product with great service. We look forward to the future with new features. I am a subscriber to Brandbay. I found Brandbay to be the perfect application to help management my multiple brand assets. I store photos, video files, audio files, documents, and much more. It allows me to add tags for easy searchability. I am able to keep files orderly in one spot, and grant access to my team members. This is an excellent program that I would recommend to anyone in need of a good program for file and brand management.

My team purchased Brand Bay when they first launched. The improvements from that time to now are constant. Brand Bay is used daily by my team.
