I'm Jerome Lisk, MD — a neurologist and Assistant Professor at UT Health Science Center Fort Worth. I built BP Med Tracker because my patients kept showing up to clinic with paper logs. Incomplete, unreadable, impossible to trend.
The problem that finally pushed me to build this:
