BotGateway started from a problem I kept facing while deploying applications on my own VPS servers. I noticed that modern automated traffic had changed dramatically. It wasn't just simple bots anymore—it included AI crawlers, browser automation, residential proxy networks, and increasingly sophisticated scraping tools.
I wanted a solution that I could run on infrastructure I controlled, without routing traffic through a third-party service. That led me to build BotGateway—a self-hosted behavioral anti-bot gateway focused on visibility, control, and privacy.
